Learning event, waitlist and CommWeb payment updates¶
Learning Event pages open again for events with many sessions, and waitlist and reminder emails are fixed. Payments through the CommWeb 2.0 gateway now send receipt emails and use a card-only checkout.
Learning Bug fixes
- Fixed: Learning Event pages could take several minutes to open, or time out, when an event had a very large number of sessions. They now open however many sessions an event holds.
- Fixed: the session details link was missing from emails and in-app notifications sent to waitlisted users. Notifications from the New Session for Waitlisted Users and Update Session for Waitlisted Users templates now include it, so learners can view the session and complete their enrolment.
- Fixed: automated enrolment reminders were copied to former or acting managers who no longer held the reporting position. With position-based reporting structures, reminders now copy only current position holders.
Settings Improvements
- Receipt and accounts emails for CommWeb 2.0 payments. When a payment through the CommWeb 2.0 gateway succeeds, the purchaser now gets a receipt and your nominated accounts address gets a notification, using your site's existing email templates. Emails aren't sent for payments taken before this release.
- Card-only CommWeb 2.0 checkout. The optional billing address fields are hidden on Commonwealth Bank's hosted checkout page, so learners only enter their card details when they enrol.
