Group Types

Group types are used to categorise groups, for example a group type could be Subjects and the groups Maths, Science and English. You can read more about the applications of groups in our document on groups.

To access group types navigate to Manage People > Group Types.

Add Group Types

Select Add Group Type.

1. Enter a Name.
2. Optionally enter a Description.
3. Optionally add new Groups. Groups can also be created in Manage People > Groups.
4. Select Save Group Type.
