Instruction

Although called an instruction question, this is not a question in the typical sense. It is used to provide instruction and information to candidates.

Create item

1. Follow the steps covered in the Creating a question section.
2. Select Instruction from the Type drop-down field.
   
3. Enter the instructional information into the Question Stem field. You can also add images into this type of question by selecting the Insert tab, then selecting Insert resources.
   
4. Select the Save Test Question button to save.
